Characters Designed by Dundee’s Young Comic Makers

Design Lives Here

In summer 2026 our 18-25s cohort Off the Press were invited by the City of Design Dundee team to exhibit work as part of their Design Lives Here Window project.

They chose to create a series of characters representative of their varied interests and styles! We took those characters, blew them up, and created life-size prints who we then imprisoned within the window. Inviting the young people to not only take on the role of illustrators, but also to experiment with design curation and the creative problem solving that entails.
