The Project

In January 2025 we partnered with LGBT Youth Scotland to work with their Dundee youth group, Allsorts of Spectrum, to explore what community means to them, and to celebrate their LGBTQIA+ identities.

Community is vitally important for these young people, and across the sessions they expressed how much the group has meant to them through comics, zine making, and illustration. We’ve gathered their stories into a zine called Kenneth’s Secret (named after their beloved group mascot), and this has been published as part of LGBT Youth Scotland’s (Un)Seen (Un)Heard social history project. The zine is now part of their archive, making these stories accessible for generations to come.
